How might we make it easy for portal users trying to use the portal to fulfil their obligations with confidence?
Problem
Users are overwhelmed with the large amount of data and information to make an informed decision.
Solution
Create a dependable, stable solution that provides an easy intuitive way for the different user groups to understand and analyse the data and information.
Design Process
Project was kicked off with workshops extracting the problems the stakeholders were facing, prioritising issues to identify opportunities, Mood board session for ideal state and a co-design session for alignment on expectations.
Ideation & validation
Conceptual design quickly started after the workshops alignment. Validation by user testing with EME customers help in providing constant feedback and iterations to keep the team on track.
In consideration of the sensitivity of this project, I’ve only shared the design process taken. Feel free to speak to me further about my design process and experience on this project.
“Evon is a superstar! I had a range of abstract ideas for our project but couldn’t figure out how to articulate them. Evon skilfully elicited these ideas and was able to turn them into a tangible vision and prototypes very quickly, that really nailed the brief. Evon’s personable approach and creative way of working to solve problems are a real strength and delivered results for our project far beyond what I could ever imagine. I look forward to working with Evon again in the future.”
